Collins is a Development Expert with 14 years of experience in private sector development. Collins brings a clear understanding of the role of private sector in development, especially in delivery of services to poor people. He has wide experience in designing innovative private sector- led approaches to delivery of health, education and micro-finance services to poor people. In the recent past Collins has keenly developed interest in social entrepreneurship and innovation. During this period he has designed innovative social enterprise projects with potential beneficial impact on Environment, Health and HIV/AIDS. Collins has over the years, run a successful business, managed a medium size small enterprise consultancy business, and managed the implementation of a Donor funded project. George is a Personal Financial Advisor with over 30 years experience in Insurance and Finance. He is a CPA (K) and a member of the AKI. Over the last 5 years George has developed a keen interest in development finance and has been at the forefront of designing unique financial programs which meet the needs of poor people.

Susan is a development communications specialist with wide experience in Media in Development. With Over 7 years of experience in communication and media, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge on the role of media in development. She has worked extensively as communications trainer. Her recent experience include monitoring and evaluation of development projects in Eastern Africa, especially Sudan.

Ruth holds a Bachelor of Education and a Diploma in HIV/Aids Counselling. Ruth is our lead trainer in HIV/AIDs related training. She brings in a wealth of experience in community health education.
